Regional Supervisor - (KY, TN)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: 

The primary responsibility of a regional supervisor in to ensure that the region’s daily activities functions smoothly.  Regional supervisors are in charge of multiple units throughout a campus or multiple campuses.  Specific duties include managing the individual staff on site, comply with company standard operating procedures, hires personnel, prepares reports and makes sure retention and budgetary goals are met.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Generate and report daily, weekly, monthly reports.

Manage staff and direct operations.

Recruit, hire, train, discipline and terminate personnel as needed.

Handle employee relations.

Attend and preside over meetings.

Meet regional and house by house budgetary and retention goals by overseeing and initiating corrective actions.

Participate in developing and enforcing policies and procedures.

Determine salary brackets.

Preparing and completing action plans.  Resolving problems, determining regional improvements, and implementing change.

Continued training in all aspects of kitchen and paperwork

Continued contact with customers such as house directors, alumni, and students to ensure and high customer and client satisfaction.

Clearly communicate goals of company and relay company information

Setting the overall standard and tone for the region through strong leadership.

Participate in lead generation and business development.

Promote company’s mission and values.

Solicit customer feedback.

Motivate and encourage employees.

Must be willing to travel and work weekends.

Qualifications / Requirements:

At least three years of similar Food & Beverage Chef / Cooking experience.

Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience.

Excellent customer service skills.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all clients and team members.

Able to lead and mentor other chefs.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Able to effectively communicate both written and verbally.

Computer Skills:

Competency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Internet Navigation.
